Since the summer of 2015, I’ve been on a quest to feel healthier and live happier. I’ve read books on productivity, journaling, gratitude, writing, self-care, self-compassion, habits, daily routines, meditation, and about every other topic of self-help. I’ve taken positive psychology courses and studied the physiology of stress. I teach and practice yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
