Gretchen uses a process driven, methodical approach in her teaching. She’s a natural problem solver and loves experimenting to find the best solution for physical challenges. Being the mother of three, Gretchen teaches with discipline, empathy, and plenty of humor. You can expect to work hard and laugh harder in every class. In Gretchen’s class you are not just a student. You are part of a community striving to live healthier and feel happier.
Gretchen offers semi-private group lessons in her cozy cabana studio and public classes at the BKS Iyengar Yoga Studio of Dallas.
In response to the Covid-19 virus, both studios are temporarily closed. Gretchen is offering online, live-stream classes through August 15, 2020.
All classes will be live-streamed using Zoom. You will be able to see and interact with her during class. There will be time before, during, and after class to ask questions.

Intro = no yoga experience necessary
Intermediate = 1 year of Iyengar Yoga experience recommended. Props required.
